Thank you for your interest in St. Bede's Catholic College

On 22 April 2025 we will receive from the local authorities the list of children who have been offered a place in year 7 at St Bede’s Catholic College for September 2025. Shortly afterwards we will contact those families to begin the process of enrolment.

As St. Bede’s Catholic College is over-subscribed for the academic year 2025/2026, the criteria published in the Governors’ Admissions Policy has been applied to allocate the 207 places that are available. You can read about how places were allocated here.

If your application has been refused, you have the right to appeal the decision of the Governing Body. To exercise this right, the completed appeal form and reasons for your appeal should be returned by Friday 31^st March 2025 for the attention of the Clerk to Governors, St. Bede’s Catholic College, Long Cross, Lawrence Weston, Bristol BS11 0SU or walkerc@stbcc.org

3rd March	Offers of a school place sent to parents/carers.
17th March	Deadline for parents/carers to respond to offers.
From 25th March	Second round allocations.
31st March	Deadline for on-time appeals.
22nd April	List of offers accepted sent to St Bede's Catholic College.
From week commencing 28th April	Emails to families regarding admissions data, ordering uniform, school transport, music lessons and so on.
10th June	Appeals (additional dates may be added)
25th June	Additional transition day for children from non-partner primary schools.
2nd July	Transition Day for all children.
2nd July	New Parents / Carers Evening
